Tax

The total price of any order will only include the applicable sales taxes. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Shipping

Please be kindly advised that our annual stock-take has been scheduled for the period from 1st to 7th October 2009. Hence delivery of goods for orders placed during this period will be a bit late than usual. Customer Service would also be suspended.

All the ordered items are shipped from our distribution center in California, U.S.A., via USPS or UPS. If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

According to related law, we should collect the sales tax on customer with a California shipping address. The current tax rate is 9.75% for the Alameda county so that we should charge the rate from customer whose shipping address has a state code of "CA".

Return Shipping Charges

We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from the customer. We will charge the UPS shipping charge from the customer's credit card if the customer causes the mistake.

Cross Shipment

Cross shipment (exchange shipped prior to return of the original) must be secured by credit card. Such charge will remain on the customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days from the day on which we received the returned merchandise.

UPS charges $11 for re-directing package due to non-deliverable address provided. So, please ensure that the address you have provided is correct and current, and don't use non-standard abbreviations. Otherwise, you are required to pay the re-direction fee and other charges that might incur.
